From the classroom to the boardroom, my career has been about unlocking potential—in people, in companies, and in the systems that connect them.

I’ve scaled SaaS startups, led global marketing and revenue teams, and navigated the messy middle of M&A and hypergrowth. Through it all, I’ve learned that real, sustainable growth doesn’t come from tactics alone—it comes from clarity, alignment, and leadership.

Today, I share those lessons through keynotes, workshops, and my upcoming book Lead Anyway. I help leaders grow what matters: revenue, trust, and resilience.

I’ve always been drawn to moments of change—the inflection points where strategy meets courage. Whether it’s reimagining a go-to-market motion, building a culture that scales, or helping a founder find their footing, I thrive where growth meets grit.

Before launching Jen Spencer Strategy, I spent two decades leading sales, marketing, and revenue organizations in the B2B SaaS world. That experience taught me the power of alignment: when strategy, story, and execution move together, growth follows.
