I’ve led marketing, sales, and revenue teams through expansion, acquisitions, and restructuring, and I know that real, sustainable growth doesn’t come from just tactics—it comes from alignment, execution, and leadership.

As Founder & Chief Strategist of Jen Spencer Strategy, I coach SaaS executives, B2B leaders, and founders on scaling smarter, aligning teams, and achieving sustainable success. I also serve as a fractional CMO, helping shape their brand, demand generation strategy, and team development.
